Class I malocclusion. Anterior Open Bite in mixed dentition
Treatment: Bonded RPE and anterior vertical elastics.
Time: 12 months.
Lingual Pearl: 2 months before finishing treatment and one month after – swallowing therapy.
Retention: no retention.
Note: As we can see a good intercuspation was obtained at the end of treatment. One year and three years after the treatment (without retention) the case is very stable.
